This Privacy Policy explains what Our Schedule (rsked.app), operated by Route Explore LLC (“we,” “us”), collects, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. By using the app you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

• Account info — your first and last name, username, and email, plus (optionally) your employee number, work station, time zone, and a profile photo.
• Schedule data — the shifts, days off, vacation, and time-off balances you add or import.
• Screenshots you upload to import your schedule, and any bug/screenshot you choose to send us.
• Basic technical data needed to run the app — for example, sign-in tokens and the app preferences stored on your device.

2. How we use your information

• To create and secure your account.
• To show, organize, and store your schedule and history.
• To let you compare schedules with coworkers you choose to connect with.
• To operate, maintain, support, and improve the app.
• To contact you about your account or a request you make.

3. Automated schedule extraction (AI)

To turn a screenshot into structured shifts, the image is sent securely to a trusted third-party AI vision provider (currently xAI) that processes it to extract your schedule details. We send only what is needed for that extraction, and we do not sell your data.

4. How we share information

• With coworkers you connect with — only after you both accept a connection, and only a limited view of your schedule. Connected users never see your private notes, the raw text of your screenshots, or your account role/tier.
• With service providers that help us run the app: hosting, database, authentication, and storage (Supabase); hosting and content delivery (Cloudflare); and AI extraction (xAI). They process data on our behalf.
• We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law.

5. Storage & security

Your data is stored on Supabase infrastructure. We use row-level security so each person can only access their own data (and data shared with them by consent). Screenshots and profile photos are kept in private storage, and data is encrypted in transit. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

6. Cookies & local storage

Our Schedule does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we don’t use third-party analytics. To make the app work, we store a small amount of information in your browser’s local storage on your device — for example, your sign-in session (so you stay logged in), your theme and time-format preferences, and a cached copy of your shift options. This is essential to provide the service and stays on your device. Our infrastructure providers (such as Cloudflare) may set strictly-necessary cookies for security and to deliver the site. Because we use only essential, first-party storage and no tracking, we don’t show a cookie-consent banner — if that ever changes, we’ll update this policy and ask for your consent where required.

7. Data retention

We keep your schedule history so the app can show your past and upcoming shifts. You can delete individual data or your entire account at any time; deleting your account removes your personal data from the app (some limited records may remain where required by law).

8. Your choices & rights

You can view and edit your profile and schedule in the app, and control who sees your schedule through connections. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, email [email protected].

9. Children

Our Schedule is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the latest version.
