Independent & not affiliated. Our Schedule is an independent app. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to any airline (including American Airlines), any employer, or the “Work Brain” / WorkBrain scheduling system or its providers. All company names, product names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used only for identification and compatibility. The schedule data you bring into the app is your own — we just help you organize and compare it.

Welcome to Our Schedule (rsked.app), operated by Route Explore LLC (“Our Schedule,” “we,” “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the app. By creating an account or using Our Schedule, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.

1. What Our Schedule does

Our Schedule is a personal tool that lets you record or import your work shifts, view them on a calendar, and — only with mutual consent — compare schedules with coworkers you connect with (for example, to spot overlapping shifts or plan a carpool).

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
You are responsible for your login credentials and for activity under your account. Keep your password secure.
You must be the rightful owner of the account and of the schedule you add.

3. Your content & responsibilities

You may upload only your own schedule information, or information you are authorized to handle. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with your employer’s policies and any agreements that apply to you. Do not upload other people’s personal information without their consent. You keep ownership of your content; you grant us a limited license to store and process it solely to operate the app for you.

4. Screenshots & automated extraction

When you upload a schedule screenshot, you authorize us to process it — including by a trusted third-party AI provider — solely to extract your shift details into the app. Automated extraction can make mistakes, so you should always verify the results against your official schedule source.

5. Sharing & connections

Your schedule is private by default. It is shared with another user only when you both accept a connection, and connected users see a limited view — never your private notes, the raw text of your screenshots, or your account role. You can remove a connection at any time.

6. Acceptable use

Don’t use Our Schedule for anything unlawful, don’t try to access others’ data without consent, and don’t disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape, overload, or otherwise abuse the service or upload malicious content.

7. No warranty & schedule accuracy

The app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that schedule data — especially data extracted automatically from screenshots — is accurate, complete, or error-free. You are responsible for confirming your actual work schedule with your employer.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Our Schedule and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for missed shifts, lost wages, or scheduling errors, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the app.

9. Termination

You may stop using Our Schedule and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm the service or other users.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
